  1. Give yourself a reward for completing task
  2. Break down larger projects into smaller sub-project
  3. Keep a list of your accomplishment
  4. Let others know about your goals and the progress you are makin
  5. Look to positive role model
  6. Avoid having friends who are negative in your lif
  7. Think of the longer term goals for the short term actions you are makin
  8. Stay creative and think of new ways to reach your goal
