WELLNESS: More Health Time checklist

This checklist contains some standard points that could free up some fitness time:


  1. Workout or run in the morning, before the rest of the family gets up.
  2. Always have a bag ready with all you need for a visit to the gym
  3. A little is better than nothing. Why not do an intense 15 minute workout.
  4. Remember being in good shape makes you a better parent and partner.
  5. Put your exercise into a system.
  6. Choose a fitness club with a childrens area.
  7. Take the bike or run to and from work.
  8. Buy equipment for home training so that you can work out after the kids have gone to bed.
  9. Choose an exercise form that lets you do it together with the kids. Clubs accommodating this exist.
  10. Have someone else do the cleaning.
