  2. Hold regular meetings for updates in statu
  3. Create a project pla
  4. Hold team accountable to deadline
  5. Communicate strategic plan to all employee
  6. Look for ways to improve the implementation the next tim
  7. Make sure management supports the strateg
  8. Make sure strategy stays on budge
  9. Keep accurate records of successes and failure
