SALES: Up-selling checklist
Up-selling is a proven way to send your sales soaring to new heights. Here are a few things to remember when asking your sales staff to up-sell clients:
- Talk with the customer about their backgroun
- Know your product wel
- Watch what catches your clients eye or attentio
- Don't decide what a customer can affor
- Try to accessorize something they've just purchase
- Be specific in what it is you want to sell the
- Let them hold/touch the produc
- Tell them they have made a good choic
- Don't be too push
