- Include beginning and end dates to the leas
- Include penalties for breaking leas
- Spell out late fee
- State how far in advance notice is required for moving ou
- Make sure both parties sign leas
- See if there are local laws regarding renters/landlord
- Clearly state when rent is due and if there is any grace perio
- Include pet policies and pet rent if necessar
- Find a generic form online and use it to help form your ow
- State whether or not utilities are include
- State deposit amount
- State which repairs if any the renters are liable fo
- Require deposits be made by cashier's checks onl
- State terms of action if payment is not mad
