Creating a lease agreement is important for all parties involved.


  1. Include beginning and end dates to the leas
  2. Include penalties for breaking leas
  3. Spell out late fee
  4. State how far in advance notice is required for moving ou
  5. Make sure both parties sign leas
  6. See if there are local laws regarding renters/landlord
  7. Clearly state when rent is due and if there is any grace perio
  8. Include pet policies and pet rent if necessar
  9. Find a generic form online and use it to help form your ow
  10. State whether or not utilities are include
  11. State deposit amount
  12. State which repairs if any the renters are liable fo
  13. Require deposits be made by cashier's checks onl
  14. State terms of action if payment is not mad
