Hiring new staff can be exciting but also involves many steps beyond the offer letter.


  1. Decide on which candidate you want to make an offer to
  2. Send an official offer letter
  3. Call the candidate as well and let them know you will be making an offer
  4. Set an official start date
  5. Set up the employees work space with all necessary equipment
  6. Work with IT department to get computer access ready
  7. Schedule orientation on the first day
  8. Introduce the new employee at a company meeting
  9. Tour the new employee of the facility
  10. Set a training schedule
  11. Take care of any paperwork on the first day
