  1. Always collect from customers as quickly as possibl
  2. Always pay bills as late as possibl
  3. Use lines of credit for large purchase
  4. Send checks rather than automatic paymen
  5. Invoice customers weekl
  6. Invest extra cash in short term investment
  7. Encourage other departments to cut spendin
  8. Set low limits on expense account
